Stand Up Paddleboarding Lessons / Tour / Hire

Whether you are a surfer or non-surfer, beginner or advanced paddle boarder, stand up paddleboarding is an exciting way to take in the tranquil natural surroundings full of wildlife at Shoalwater Bay.

This unique sport promotes balance, strength and general fitness plus you will have a blast at the same time!

Stand Up Paddleboarding tours, lessons and hire are available in the beautiful Shoalwater Marine Park with dolphins and seals never far away (Penguin / Seal Island). Tours generally start around 9am on Saturdays and Sundays.

• $25pp per hour hire ($60/day or $350/week + $2000 bond required to take board away)
• $100pp for lesson + guided paddle - approx 1 to 1.5hr

HIRE

Boards are available for hire on Saturdays and Sundays each weekend from October to March.  To hire you must have had previous lessons or experience in SUPing as technique is very important!

Lesson + Guided Paddle - $100pp - ON NOW - BOOK NOW

This takes approx 1 to 1.5hr and is suitable for any level and runs at approx 9am on Saturdays and Sundays from September to May (next available date is 29 April onwards).

Location may vary on the day depending on weather conditions but generally we will meet at Shoalwater Bay and assess the weather conditions. If it is a nice calm day we may paddle out to Seal Island, if it is windy we may find a sheltered bay around the corner.

We start with a lesson to get your technique right before setting off on our paddle. All adults and kids over 13 (accompanied by an adult) are suited to this tour.
